We have a traditional menu and we use local sourced ingredients and daily fresh fish straight from harbour. Our aim is to offer the finest and purest dishes to our guests. We welcome you for breakfast, lunch and dinner in our cosy restaurant and breakfast restaurant.
At our brasserie in Bruges, we cook in a wood oven, for a more natural touch in our cuisine. Thanks to our oven, we can cook delicious and local piece of meat. We also have the classic Belgian dishes, such as Carbonnades, a beef stew in beer or Vol au vent (small and tender piece of chicken).
